It’s been my experience that what our customers enjoy most about us is that David, Joe and I are hands on.
When there’s a problem, how often do you have the opportunity to talk to an owner of the company? It’s not uncommon for us to give out our cell phone numbers so that our customers can reach us anytime.
This isn’t just a job to us, our customers know that we take their needs seriously and we do what’s right for the good of the project, the customer and our company.
